Experience a special birthday party at the Zoo
These unique birthday parties make your special celebration one to remember. We offer a fun and informative party package to help entertain your child and their guests.
It is the aim of your experienced party host to ease the pressure of entertaining a group
of energetic children.
They will lead the party on the tour, facilitate all of the activities and be there to help with supervision.
What Happens on the day?
Start by meeting your party host for a fun filled mini tour of the Zoo and see some of your favourite animals.
There will be games in the Dragon Maze and Tarzan trail, Arts & Crafts in the Tropical House, a delicious party buffet in our African Hut and a special animal encounter.
Your host will arrange a close up personal experience with one of our special encounter animals for the birthday child and their guests.
All this makes for an interesting and fun packed party for children and a pressure free time for the adults
Little Monkeys Party 2-6 years
Meet your party host inside the entrance and after a short introduction, your little monkeys party will begin!
Follow your host on a fun mini-tour, spotting some of your favourite animals with our picture trail and fun facts.
Swing into the Tropical house for a special animal encounter, arts and crafts and monkey business.
Next off to see our real cheeky monkeys before heading for party food in our African hut.
After feed time, the tour continues and includes the penguins and lion.
Then time and weather permitting, up to the play park to burn off some monkey madness!
Jungle Party 7+ years
After meeting your host, let the party begin!
Starting with a fun fact filled mini-tour, then off to the maze to practice your roar with a game of Predators and Prey.
The tour continues towards the African hut and to the Young Explorers School, where your knowledge of animals and their habitats can win you prizes and earn you a Y.E.S diploma!
Next its time for party food and a special animal encounter!
To finish off, swing away to our Tarzan Trail for a rescue mission across the jungle! (weather permitting).
BIRTHDAY PARTY PRICES (Valid until 31st July 2010)
Please note these prices include party food for the children.
£9.95 per child
plus 2 free adults per 10 children.
(Additional adults will be charged standar group admission prices)
Optional extras; face painting £2.00 per child and party bags £2.50 per child.
If you would like an extra animal encounter this will be £5.00.
A hot food menu is available at an extra £1 per child.
Party times are 11am to 1.15pm OR 2pm to 4.15pm
Party numbers
Minimum of 6 children & 2 adults.
Maximum of 20 children.
