SECONDARY, FURTHER and HIGHER EDUCATION

Workshops

The zoo is a fantastic sensory resource encouraging students to learn about wildlife in exciting and unusual surroundings.  If you would like to add value to your visit you could book one of our interesting and informative talks.  The majority of these workshops are linked to the National Curriculum and involve live animals and artefacts.  We are happy to cover other topics to suit your needs, and we can adapt workshops for most age ranges.  Details of the talks currently offered are outlined below, prices range from £10 to £40.

During the workshops we use many resources which can include photos, artefacts, and a range of live animals. If this is not suitable due to fears and phobias, please make us aware of this before the session.
