To apply for a position with us, please complete the online application form from the job advert you are interested in on our Careers page. Once you have completed your application, keep an eye on your emails, including checking your junk emails, so that you don’t miss any updates on your application from us.


We shortlist candidates who have completed application forms and score them against the essential and desirable criteria from our advert and job descriptions. Unfortunately, we are only able to provide feedback to those who attended an interview.


If you are shortlisted for interview, you will be sent an email inviting you to book a timeslot that is suitable for you. The email will also contain any tasks to be completed for the interview.
If you have applied for one of our seasonal staff roles, you may be invited to an assessment centre.

What to expect

Our interviews generally consist of a series of questions that give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience, strengths and skills. There will also be the opportunity for you to ask us any questions as well. Your interview may also consist of a task - this may be something that we have asked you to prepare for in advance and bring with you. The details of this will be in your invite to interview letter. Depending on the position you have applied for, the interview will typically last for between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

Our assessment centres are designed to be as engaging and fun as possible and give us the chance to see your skills in a number of different situations. These will generally involve an activity followed by a group task and finally a short interview. The important thing to remember is to be yourself and try to relax and enjoy getting to know the other people who you could be working alongside.

What to bring

You will receive information in the email inviting you to interview if you are required to bring anything with you. This would generally be any task you have been given and proof of your right to work in the UK.

What to wear

While we are not the most formal of organisations, we would ask for you to wear clothing appropriate for the role you are applying for. Please do not wear jeans or trainers to an interview.


We aim to get in touch as soon as possible to let you know the outcome of your application. For those who are not shortlisted for interview, this will be via email.

If you have attended an interview, you will receive a phone call you let you know if you have been successful or not. If you have attended an assessment centre, you will receive either a phone call or an email to let you know if you have been successful or not. We are always happy to provide feedback following an interview.
