Access for Registered Carers
We’re committed to making Newquay Zoo accessible and enjoyable for everyone. As part of this commitment, carers accompanying Members with a disability receive free admission.
Carers are not issued a membership card, allowing any carer to accompany the Member during their visit.
To take advantage of this concession, simply select the relevant membership for the disabled visitor and present provide one of the following at our information desk upon your visit: Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter; Blue Badge; P.I.P. (Personal Independence Payment) award documentation.
Memberships for Childminders
We offer flexible memberships designed especially for childminders, making it easier than ever to enjoy unforgettable days out at Newquay Zoo with the children in your care.
Choose from passes for childminders with up to 4 or up to 6 children and take advantage of unlimited zoo visits throughout the year. Whether it’s a fun-filled educational outing or a peaceful stroll through the zoo, you’ll create lasting memories while introducing the next generation to the wonders of wildlife.
Please note: Childminder passes cannot be purchased online. Simply visit our information desk and present your Ofsted registration documentation on your first visit.
